A booking application form is to be completed for all bookings, please download and complete the form and return to our Bookings Coordinator by email to

Sending this form is not confirmation of your booking, once the form is received and payment for your booking has been made then your booking is confirmed.
Please note that a 'Housekeeping Deposit' may be required for some bookings/events and is a mandatory condition for booking evening events/functions/parties. This is in addition to any booking or hourly charge.
Payments should only be made following discussion of your booking with the Booking Coordinator.

Regular Bookings for Groups or Regular Events are subject to approval by the Board of Directors and documents like Proof of Insurance, Disclosure Checks etc may be requested. Terms and Conditions Apply
